What is your shipping time?

ALL items are made to order so your order will need to be created, packed, and shipped. We strive to get your order out as quick as possible. Most orders are able to ship within 1 to 2 business days excluding holidays, weekends, and USPS closures. Please allow us extra time during holidays, sales, custom projects/sizing, and large orders. 

How long does it take to receive my order?

Most orders are shipped via USPS as a First Class Package and comes with a tracking number. Once we pack the order and USPS picks up the order, we have no control over what happens. Priority shipments usually arrive within 1 to 3 business days and First Class usually arrive within 1 to 5 business days. All carriers have had delays recently due to the pandemic. 

Do you offer free shipping?

We do offer free standard shipping for orders that are $35 or more and shipped within the United States. 

How is my order packaged?

We do everything we can on our end to get your transfers to you without damage. The transfers are placed inside a poly bag and then shipped in a sturdy envelope to prevent them from getting wet or bent. 

Do you offer refunds or accept returns or exchanges?

No. ALL items are made to order. All sales are final. If there is an error with the order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can fix the error. The delivery date is based off the tracking provided by USPS. 

Can I change my order or add to it once it has been placed?

No. Once an order is received, it is added to the line up of jobs that need to be printed. It is too time consuming to try to move the print jobs around to add or change items. It is your responsibility to make sure you are ordering the correct items on the correct media for your project. 

What happens if I entered the wrong address when I placed my order?

It is your responsibility to make sure your shipping address is correct prior to placing the order. If the order is shipped to the wrong address, you are responsible to pay additional shipping to have it shipped to the correct address once it is returned to us.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed? 

That varies per order and if it has been printed. We try to get orders out as quick as possible. It is best to email support to see if it is possible to cancel or not. If it is longer than an hour or so after you placed your order, then you most likely cannot cancel it.

Do you replace items if I ripped it, it cracked when applying, or my settings were wrong when I applied it?

No. Items will NOT be replaced due to user/application error. Please see the application instructions/videos for the media type you have selected. Also, remember that heat settings and times may vary per machine. It is your responsibility to know your equipment and settings. The settings we suggest are based on the equipment we use.

Do I have to seal my waterslide decals or do they come sealed?

Waterslide decals are printed using a laser printer and do not need to be sealed. ALL waterslide paper may crack. Please be gentle when placing your decal. Clear (transparent) waterslide is best used on a white or light-colored background. 

Are the waterslide decals pre-cut?

No. We cut them off the sheet according to size, but you will need to cut around the design yourself.

Can I use the transfers that I purchase commercially for my project?

The transfers can be used commercially. HOWEVER, due to the nature of our business and the fact that the products we sell may be used on various types of projects in various categories, it is the buyer's/end user's responsibility to do the research to make sure your final product does not infringe on a copyright/trademark or have any other legal limitations for your intended use. Colorworks Creations LLC, our artists, or the artists we purchase from will not be held liable for trademark/copyright infringement violations or damages that result from illegal or improper use by the buyer/end user on their final product. All designs remain the property of Colorworks Creations LLC (if created in house) or their respective artist (if purchased by us with a Commercial License and permission to use in this manner). You are not permitted to scan/copy the transfers, resell these images in digital format, upload them to print on demand sites, or share the images with others.

All images have a watermark on them. Do they print that way?

The transfers are printed free of the watermark. The watermark is over the design to prevent theft of the image.

How are the designs sized?

Sizing is approximate. Sizing of the designs is proportional to the longest side (height or width). If you choose a 5" design, the longest side will be approximately 5" and the other side will be proportionate based on that specific design. If a design has a measurement listed, such as 4" x 6", then the longest area of the design on each side is what is measured. If you need a specific size of a design, please message support and we will see if we can accommodate your request.

Will the design print in the exact colors I see on the site?

That is a tough question. Usually, the answer is no. The colors will vary due to variations of monitors/devices and settings. Also, monitors show us colors in RGB and printers only print in CMYK.
